Respawn Times For Nubs

Someone was talking about a program to tell respawn times of powerups/guns on H3 for the PC, for example if i were in a team slayer game on the pit and i picked up the rocket launcher, i click the image of a rocket launcher on my pc and it begins a timer to tell me when the rockets will be back. this would work for all powerweapons on all maps eventually....
just wondered if anyone would need this/anyone would want to help me research for it?
i pretty much know the spawns for all the PWeaps. but not everyone does, so im guessing it could be useful for some people?

theres different spawn rates i thought... so unless you have the orignal map, you dont exactly know what it is
not only that, if you do get the times, if you have time to constantly look at a compy screen, couldnt you just say, "I picked it up at 7:30, its 30 sec respawn, so at 7:00 it will respawn"

if you go to forge you can find respawns of things real easy.
and yes you can, so in theory i could make a list. but someone asked for a program earlier....
its just easier for someone less familiar with timing spawns to look at a counter, some people have the compy next to the xbox anyways so it wouldnt be that hard to keep looking

im not saying itd be harder, im saying it would be easier to look at a TV and do 7:30 - 30 = 7:00
not only that, that means you have to stop playing for a few secs to hit "start counting" which at that second someone could come up and get the winning kill on you
also, id get really tired after a while of play, pick up weapon, stop click, play more, stop click, play stop play stop id be like, i wanna play not click~!!!
