I figured out how to do it. And I also decresed my visuals so that it wont have to work so hard. Once Im done playing the game, I will set it back. I am going to try it now. If it doesn't work, you will hear from me shortly lol.
EDIT: It still doesn't work..... I am most likely going to just buy a new video card....

You guys dont realise that just because a video card "meets the requirments" meens it still wont suck, I have no idea how to tell what gfx card you using since you haven't posted any information on that, i'm using a nVidia GeForce 7350 LE and h2v runs on it ok but it slows down when a lot of stuff is moving.

Oh and you know your an idiot for thinking that's the serial key. It's not because it's not a 25 digit number.
