Halo 2 vista charecter mod?

Is there some way that there a single player to multi player mod?
Example
on campaign play as a odst
On multiplayer play as arbiter

You could play as an ODST in single player by using Gravemind (see link above), but modding in multiplayer is impossible without internalizing tags.

But i dont know how to put osdt in campaign...i dont even know how to open campaign maps pllzz help

What do you mean you don't know how to open campaign maps? Open Gravemind, File>Open, find the campaign map in Program Files>Halo 2 Vista (or whatever directory it is), and you are set. And you would swap idents in Masterchief's hlmt tag to change him to an ODST.

but i open maps
and all i get is custom multiplayer mapsi dont get no campaign ones

Are you looking in the right folder? I don't know much about Halo 2 Vista, but maybe the campaign maps are in a different folder. Or you could just do a search on your computer for them.

omg it says it nothing man cause when i open it on gravemind all i et is custom maps that i downloaded omfg i want to plaaay as an osdt but theres no way to find out how to do this....ARGHHHH..I SEARCH MY COMPUTER TOO -__-:curs ing:

Umm... I don't know what else to tell you... Have you looked in the Microsoft Games folder? There might be Halo 2 Vista files in there...
