Creating and burning a Halo 2 Disc for XBX Live

so, will popping the dic drive in your computer work on this tutorial like it does in Monkey42's? Or do i have to take apart my DVD drive?

Well i finially got a good burn and when i popped it into my xbox 360(firmware hack on it btw) it says its to put it in an xbox console. WHen it is in a xbox console... So did i put in wrong security sector or somting?

Possible so, I've never tried this burn on a 360 cold boot, only a regular xbx cold boot and a 360 hotswap.

what to do when i try to open the iso file with ss_patcher and it says "I am Sorry:The slelected file is not recognized or supported"

I have read both of the tuts for burning disks and the problem i have is when i go to swap my movie with halo 2, wxripper works fine (stops and starts my drive) and i've even tried just emergency ejecting when the drive is running but in isobuster i ALWAYS get the 0% error and not 7% error, so what am i doing wrong?

Your doing something wrong, If you swap it, it hsouldnt give you an error. I had to do it this way cuz the other tut didnt work. Just hit stop, swap discs, start up, and hit go in clone cd. This tut i find MUCH easier than the other one.

Sounds like the patch is bad. I know the link in to the patch in the tutorial is dead and I'm working on updating it.
