hey, how do i stop the pelican from doing it's flips while just sitting? if i go to "flip banshee" it just keeps flipping so i can't get into it

o, and just to add to the fun, when i changed myself to a hunter in coag, i can't pick up any weapons, start with weapons, or drive any vehicles, WTF is going on here!?

It shouldnt. Did you make the gametype you are trying to edit yourself or are you trying to edit one that is already there?Because you have to go on halo make it then go to your dash and ftp it to your comp. If it is saying the gametype is damaged when you start up halo thats cause for some people they have to resign the game type the resigners name is something like savsig i think i heard.

What do you mean can't open? Is it a .rar file and you dont have winrar or does it say you need the new .netframework?

Well for one i dont know what is happening with your pelican for two its because the hunter in campaign doesnt carry any weapon except that beam so you have to do something to the first person to make it work. so i dont know exactly what but try posting this in the request tut.
