hey, can someone please help me. when choosing where each piece of racetrack goes can you veiw the map and move the peice to where you want it, or is it like choose x, y, and z? or is it like a dev cam, you can move freely around the map as if you were in it and drag the pieces around? please help!

Yes you go to entity and one of the dropdown menus (below titlebar) will have a bsp veiwer.
(click on the {sbsp} tag and it should be at the raw editor place)
