neon glow under the warthog

ok i have a problem the light is on top of my car around the hood and i re-did it 2x and i copied and pasted into the y,x,z trust me im not stupid there is another guy that has the same problem as me in this tut danny4321 he has the same problem as me i dont know why , maby i should use a different map? but i still need help so help

Try putting the y cords to a negative number or just switch it around until you get it under the car.

but the only thing is under the warthog the light is like really shiny like under it isnt
but when there is like a ball and its shining what do i do?? to make it just a light..no shine i even tried taking that one thing down to 0.02 and its still the same shine what do i do??

okay so i dont know if this has been said but it worked but the neon light is on the hood of the car in a ball.. i did everything correct so how do i fix it..
