This Application is made to simplify effect editing. It has a perfect RTH feature thanks to Detox and Xbox7887. Theres a sprite Viewer and Also value and dependency editors. Special thanks to Detox for all his help and support. Deca sprites are not available in this build. Expect an update in the future.

yes people. some big applications can be small file sizes. it only takes byte worth of memory to make something. but 93kb is like 93,000 bytes.

and this is a winrar file. the real total was like 212kb

well debuging is like running something at full release. so most likely connects to your xbox, allows you to change the tags from this app to your xbox. although i could be wrong so someone please say what is correct

The Debug IP feature is for Real Time Halo. Editing the memory in real time to make changes to the map while playing. I can do it, but it was a pain to set up the Xbox.>.<
