I'm sorry if this is a dumb question but does this program have everything I need to softmod my xbox?(not including action replay,splinter cell, etc) Or do I need to download other programs too?

When i try to load Bitmap Internalizer it says that a .DLL is missing.....

I kept getting a dumb comdlg32.ocx missing error on a few programs, but i googled comdlg32.ocx and found a place to download it and i made a zip file with it and instructions on installing it. For all you people who downloaded AIOv2 and get a comdlg32.ocx missing error on some programs here it is: MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service

it keeps giving me this retarted error i get for almost most of the modding rograms I get when i try to start it this is the error:

CLR error:80004005.
program will now terminate

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!its starting to annoy the hell out of me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you dont mod the system you just mod the maps.

Can somebody please help me out with this question I have? I downloaded the setup file or whatever, and then installed it, but whenever I go to run the program, it gives me a

"AIOv2.exe - Fatal error
CLR error: 80004005
The program will now terminate.

How do I fix this??????????
