My modding programs no longer work?!?

my modding programs just STOPED. heres the message i get when i try to open anything that has to do with modding.



The application failed toinitialize properl. (0xc0000135). click ok to terminate the application.

How do i fix this!?!?! it does it on all my programs. including AIO and sppf and dot halo ect...

Download .net framework v1 + v2...
You're computer should come with v1, so go to the program downloads section..
And go to the .net framework v2 thread (it's stickied.)

try re installing .net framework 1 and 2 also download and install 3 while your at it this may help some

Yeah i told him on AIM to dowload .NET Framework v3. And then he went all Ape-sh*t on me .
