Well, the mods in the Allied Map Pack were getting a little old, so i decided to compile one, with LOTS of help of Anthony. All Maps are SLC, have their own mainmenu slot, and their own XIG high res preview, which I took myself with the exception of Induction and Cassiopia.(they look bad in the video thing below due to compression). The mainmenu aslo has a few types of fog added, a new sky, some minor skinning, and a A new starting weapon (none) that spawns you (and non-modders) with no weapon. .(no raw data shifts) And thanks to mods4halo and p8ntballa for the hosting space.








(Hellground has frozen in SLC before, but hey it was mod of the month)

Instructions 4 Use

TUTORIAL MY MADMAN ANDREW

ok so i struggled with this for so long and was very frustrated trying to get help and looking for tuts so i thought id help some noobs like me to figure it out

ok assuming you already have everything you need(map pack,flashfxp,modedxbox,halo2, all halo2 unmoded maps) its pretty easy im going to explain the legendary map pack cuz it was the hardest,

1)to get all maps all you do is ftp maps to compy and backup(i always keep one safe and whenever i mod i just copy the whole backup copy of maps and mod the copy so you dont currupt backup at all)
to get to old maps just put halo 2 disc in and their should be a D drive just go into that and copy orig maps, im not sure if you need shared.map and that other shared_something_something.map at first but you will need later.but you do not need any of the campaign maps their the ones with numbers in front

2)ok so you got the map pack you put all the unmoded maps from halo 2 onto the source or umoded map folder
the easy enough you just run the auto patcher if it says your missing maps go back and make sure you got all the maps, oh yah and when you put maps into source folder they have to be the maps not in a folder,

3)now if the auto patcher worked then you need to patch the mainmenu.map by yourself just use superppf(its on this site somewere i might add link later) and get the ppf from the ppf folder were the legendary map pack is,

4)now you need to get halo2 on your hd this is were it took me the longest, its so simple but if you dont know exactly what to do you either live or die ok well work or fail, but anyways im not sure about other dashes but i have unleashedX and you go to file exlporer and theres 2 panels go to first panel ang go to E then games then make a new folder Halo 2 or whatever by pressing now make a maps folder and leave it empty for now then switch to other panel by pressing trigger, then go to D drive and press start on the media folder and copy once thats done go to maps folder still on D drive and and copy fonts, now go back on D drive and copy Default.xbe and now go back to your compy

5) now that thats all done all you do is copy using flashfxp or anything else all the moded maps to the map folder on your E drive with the mainmenu.map ppfed yourself and make sure you have the two shared.maps somewere in the map folder(you can copy from disc)

6) now you should be fine and just click on Default.xbe and you should run it fine if it says dirty disc then you should try pffing the mainmenu.map again or just use coolspots map resigner

Now ive also figured out how to have 2 map packs on at the same time in my case i have allied map pack and legendary map pack

1) you followed all the steps above for either of the map packs

2)ok so all you do when you have all the steps above done is do the pffing deal on your compy with the other map pack and the just copy all the maps EXCEPT for the mainmenu.map to the map folder that the other map pack is

3)now you can make another folder in the E drive or any other drive on your xbox and put the mainmenu.map in there also you do that same thing with the other mainmenu.map from the other map pack

4) now when you want to play the other map pack just copy that mappack mainmenu.map that you want to play to the E drive map folder and play

5) now if your at your freinds house or your just lazy and dont want to ftp all the time all you have to do is copy
the main menu maps and you can play either map pack wherever you are

File font is the ONLY place i could find to upload a 200mb file. I had it uploaded on mod4halo.com, but they download speed was less than 1kbps.

well filefront is really bad, but it's not THAT slow for me at least. I usually dl at about 250 kbps and this is going about 42 kbps

How do you use coolspots resigner to make it work.. what numbers do i put in on the right side???

I quit i have been trying to get this pack for two effing days now... i have SPPF'ed it multipul times and resigned it... Iv tryed so many combonations so ... if you can help me PLEASE DO! it always says the disc is dirty and so yeah Fu*k that i dont know what else to try...???HELP!!!

I'm just telling you now, as posting the first DL, dont get it. It is the gayest map pack ever made. Just stick with the Team Remapped discs and the Allied Map Pack

i have put the maps and everything on my xbox and when i go to start it up it goes to black screen and comes out and im in pregame lobby. it says "content youve downloaded is damaged and not usable. please try downloading it again." ive done every thing it says at the top like 5 times and it still does the same thing. it also happended when i put the allied map pack on to. can some one help me. and also is it suppose to be like a campaign or something when u play it

i got it working and the maps are hella sweet
