Ok To start this off I personally have not seen a good in depth tut
and you MUST HAVE A SOFTMODDED XBOX! here we go!!

Materials:
Moded Xbox
Internet Explorer

Procedure:
1. Turn on your Xbox, make sure its in the dashboard and go to your computer and copy down the ip address

2. open up internet explorer and in the Address Type in ftp://xbox:xbox@xbox ip address

3. You should have a screen like mine so just open folder E (if you dont then your firewall is blocking it)

4. Clik on TData

5. You should be at a screen like this

6. this is whats in each of those folders

You are now free to download the maps from your xbox to your computer and mod them to your liking...
when your ready to put them back in your xbox then go to make sure you put them in the same folder!!!!

couldnt you do it without being softmodded you could look at your ip through network settings cant you?

yes you could look at your ip but you wouldnt have a way to get to the maps

with xplorer360 and a little bit of a xb hard drive unlock and a sexy little hotswap you can take files off your xbox hdd and put them on too without a modded box

uhhh can someone tell me or direct me on how to put the pack packs on your xbox, i have the downloaded files but have no idea what to do, and i dont know what to search for in this????

uhhh ok, look i have the maps on my comp, they are in .MAP format, i tried putting them in map folder but didnt work, so ur saying i need patches, where do i get the patches? and where actually on the xbox to i put it? in the TDATA or map folder?

u dont need patches. patches r like a USB storage devices for maps (barely, but u know what i mean). (patch ur map if u want to use another persons mod. hosting map files is illegal).

if u made it urself u dont need to patch anything. just search a lot of tutorials (resigning and patching)

well, then the tut should work 100%. if they're modded, sign it with entity, then resign it with CMR.
