How to make it weather only In some areas By: -DeToX- Requirements
-Entity 1.3.
-A map with weather in it(You can find my tool in the utilities section to add weather)
-A map file...
-A .ent plugin posted at the bottom of this post.
Steps: 1. Extract the given .ent file(posted below) into your Entity Directory and "\Plugins\Halo 2\ent
2. Open your map with weather in it. Navigate to the SBSP tag.
3. Click Tools->Meta Editor(Located at the top right)
4. Scroll down to the "BSP Model 1" Reflexive And you should see "Weather Index"
5. Each chunk here represents a part of the bsp. And for the weather Index...
If it is -1.. That means it is "nulled out", or no weather is in that section of the BSP. To make it weather in that section, set it to "0" (Because its the first chunk in the weather pallete). To change chunks, Click the Combobox(Drop down) in the BSP Model 1 Reflexive, and change the number. And do the same.
6. Click the Save Button. Sign your map, and FTP.
