How to apply an sppf

Ok step one: your going to need to have your map,sppf, and the sppf program its looks like this
Ok so now that you have everything you need to select your map so you click on the circled box and select your map
then you need to get your .sppf patch so then your going to click on the next box
now all you do is click apply
then all you have to do is resign using your favorite map resigner and enjoy

Well I could have done this without a tut, but I need a framework thingy cause when I download the program and open it, I get an error message.

I would think people would have more trouble with making SPPFs than applying them...either way, good tut

Sry i was googling it for awhile but i couldnt find it i kept getting results for something way different than what i was looking for

you need microsoft framework v2 to open that thats why it doesn't work and you can go to google and search it then download it and go with the setup
