(TUT)Crashed Pelican

| This allows you to have a crashed pelican in a mp map. Programs Needed: 1.Entity 1.3 2.Dothalo 3.FTP Program 4.A Map Resigner Things Needed: 1.A Modded xbox 2.Halo 2 Disc 3.07b_forerunnership.map .................................................. ............ 1.Turn on your modded xbox 2.Load the H2 disc in the modded dash. 3.FTP to your xbox, Select D: drive. 4.Goto maps then transfer 07b_forerunner ship to your comp. .................................................. ............. 1.Open 07b_forerunnership in Entity 1.3. 2.Scroll down to the SCEN tag. 3.And select objects\vehicles\pelican\crashed\pelican_crashed. 4.Then hit Recursive. Parsed, Sounds. 5.And save it to your desktop or a folder. 6.Now close the sp map and open up your mp (Multiplayer) map in entity 1.3. 7.Then click on Build on the bottom right hand corner.
9.Click open then let it build when its done it will say done. 10.Go to the ITMC tag and select a spawn then right click and duplicate it it should look something like this. 11.Select the duplicated tag and right click anywhere in the reflexive scroll over display then click on idents. 12.Right click on the item ident and swap it to SCEN tag and objects\vehicles\pelican\crashed\pelican_crashed hit swap. 13.Now it is time to add it to the map scroll down to SCNR tag and click on the only tag in there. 14.Right click in the reflexives and scroll over display and click on reflexives. 15.Select NETGAME_EQUIPMENT then right click and select clone. 16.The chunk cloner should come up in the box where it says 20 change that to how many crashed_pelicans you want on the map. 17.Select NETGAME_EQUIPMENT click on a reflexive that you know where it spawns on the mp map. 18.Hit clone, then click on add meta to map. 19.When its done it will say done. 20.Right click anywhere in the reflexive roll over display click on idents then find whatever you cloned then swap them for the itmc you created earlier. 21.Then goto the SBSP tag click on the only tag in there, at the top right hand corner click on the blue plus sign, click on view bsp. 22.(entity 1.3 bsp viewer controls located at bottom)When the bsp viewer comes up click on edit and double click on collection, the pelican will spawn where you cloned the NETGAME_EQUIPMENT click on the pelican and move it where ever you desire you have to click on main and click on save. 23.Close the bsp viewer and close entity, open your map in Dothalo and click on fix encryption then close your map in Dothalo. 24.Resign your map. 25.FTP and play. .................................................. .............. Note: the pelican will bounce off pro. and grenades but you can go through it. .................................................. ............... Entity 1.3 bsp viewer controls. w=move forward s=move backwards a=move left d= right z=down x= up When clicked on a object arrow keys up= move forward left= move left right= move right down= move backwards alt= move 360 degrees ctrl= turn object up or down shift= turn object left or right page up= move object up page down move object down.................................................. ................ | It has collision against any projectile but u can walk through it and where ever you spawn it it will stay .If u would like to download a clean map with the crashed pelican in it to see how it looks and what it does PM me and ill give you a DL with it. Suggestion put it outside the map but in visible range. | ||||||
