| (TUT) FLYING QUADWING ORIGINALLY POSTED BY:Professional Gun 1.Entity 1.3 2.Model Resizer 3.Dothalo 4.A map resigner 5.FTP Program (All programs can be found in UMP v4) Things Needed: 1.Modded Xbox 2.Halo 2 Disc 3.05a_deltaapproach .................................................. ............... 1.Get your xbox in your modded dash. 2.Load up your H2 disc 3.FTP yo your xbox go to the D: drive 4.Go to maps then transfer over 05a_deltaaproach to your desktop. .................................................. ................ 1.Open up Entity 1.3, then open up the sp (single player) map. 2.Go to HLMT and select objects\characters\ambient_life\bird_quadwing\bird _quadwing 3.Click Recursive, Parsed and Sounds. 4.Then click save 5.Save it to your desktop. 6.Close the sp map and open up your mp map. 7.Then click build down on the right hand corner. 8.Now select the .info file you saved earlier. 9.When its done it will say done. 10.Go to the WEAP tag and select the Sentinal_beam. 11.Now right click anywhere in the reflexives and roll over display and select idents, now swap the HTML to the Quad_wing. 12.Go to the VEHI tag, and select objects\vehicles\banshee\banshee. 13.Change the banshees WEEP tag from banshee_gun to the Sentinel_beam. 14.Now null out all the LENS, CONT, EFFE and LIGH tags. 15.Now you can close Entity 1.3 and open up Model Resizer and your map. 16.Now select the quad_wings mode it should be all thw way down at the bottom. 17.Click on Bigger at the top and in the dropdown box put that to 6. click on Calculate, and hit Apply Values to selected model. 18.When its done it will say Task Completed. 19.Now close Model Resizer and open up Dothalo. 20.Go to mode and then objects\vehicles\banshee\banshee. 21.Go to the Dependances\LoneIDs\Reflexives. 22.And change all the shaders to the last shad in the dropdown box right above null out. 23.Do the same for the next 3 tags. 24.Save Changes.(If a banshee already spawns on the map go to step 26.(If one doesn't it wont flap its wings)(If you don't care then go to step26.)If so continue)25.Go to the ITMC tag in Entity 1.3 or Dothalo and select a spawn you don't want or don't care about if you get rid of it,click on it go to the Dependancies\LoneIDs\Reflexives, window and chabge that spawn to the banshee.(If you want all the spawns there then click this link to add it to the map(Its a video and i did not make this(not sure who did though just instead of spawning trees and containment_gates change it to a banshee)(SpawningScen.rar) 26.Now Fix Encryption, sign your map and FTP it. 27.Play and have fun. .................................................. ................. Note:You might want to skin or shader swap. .................................................. .................
