What to mod(question)

I am trying to mod halo 3 but I also want to get into modding of previous halo game. in your oppinion, what is the best to mod,halo 1, Halo pc, or (offtopic)halo 2.please help me and also justify you oppinion. I have a xbox 360 and powerful computer, no regular xbox.

First you cant mod halo 3 even if you tried and maybe you should start with halo 2 and read alot.

In my opinion the EASIEST would be HaloPC but to me the best is Halo2 because it gives you more options and more weapons to mod. It also gives you a chance to at least try to skin maps/vehicles/weapons. EVEN though you can do that in HaloPC also, the skinning in HaloPC doesn't look anywhere as good as the skins in Halo2 (unless ur freakin pro). But if you do mod for Halo2 you do need to read some about it first.

That of course is just my opinion for ya.

Mod HaloPC if your a beginner and then once you get used to the programs work you way up to halo 2.

theres no way your gonna mod halo 3 unless your rich and have expirence and really smart and good at following tutorials to the letter... stick with halo 2(halo pc and halo 2 pc are the easiest) i mod halo 2 on the regular xbox its simple

Then why did u say u have to be Rich? Or have expirence? I started modding with halo 3. Ur basically saying something then when I pointed out the fact that it's ur opinion, u go against wat u said. Hello? atleast stick to wat u state.

Well, modding halo 2 was easy, and alot of fun, thats where i started, i found that halo 2 modding was an escape and a chance to be a bit different. Explore different ways of making the game more interstsing in ones eyes.
Halo 2 modding is easy.
New map modding was the easiest thing invented.
Old map is just as, just takes a little bit of money and some reserch.
Start with halo 2 information on how to mod.
then go look at Halo CE
But someone one day will crack how to fully mod halo 3.
