Hello guys, I feel if I give you the English language of GTA IV changed
in your file you can replace the common.rpf? (obviously the file common.rpf must be the one with the mod)

what...i dont understand...yes you can change the language... unless you deleted one of the language files while trying to mod the common.rpf or dl.rpf....the language files are in that archive
