No, their is no cheat code to spawn the lambo, infernus. Bernie gives you one though, drive that around, more will be in sight . Good luck.

Once you get a little past the part where Bernie gives you his Infernus, they will start poping up all over town, also, if you find one or happen to passby one, and you don't usually see any, but it in frond of your safe house and it will stay until you come back.
