GTA IV Bridging Help

I've done everything that the tutorial has told me to do. I have Zone Alarm properly configured, I have the firewall set to high and the trusted firewall set to medium. Now for the Cain program when I search I get my buddies IP address and the Bungies (The Bungies I find are 65.59.234.161 and 65.55.42.129) In all I have three IP addresses I keep Is there any IP addresses I am missing because everytime I make a room my buddy can never join me and when he finds me after that game it takes him another 20 minutes to find me. I think I didn't bridge to him properly. Also what mode do i need my buddy to make a room in ranked, party mode or player match. One more thing the IP's are only Half-routing. I've never been able to get Full-routing. Thanks to anyone who can help me.

You have to input Rockstar's IP because you are connecting to Rockstar, not Bungie (unless you want to play Halo). This is probably your biggest concern at this point. If you still have problems then post it in this thread and I'll see what I can do.
