Can't Lag People Out

OK so I finally figured out how to get host every in ranked games and I know how to add my friends IP addresses so that they are the only ones who can join my room. Now my question is how do I lag people out of my room that I make public and not just my friends.

I am using Cain and Able and Zone Alarm Pro.

When ever I start the poisoning so that I can get host every time and only my friends can join I cant seem to figure out what I have to do to get my own host and boot people out.

I know that I need to add their IP's to the blocked section of Zone Alarm Pro, but how do i get my own host get my friends in their and then have the ability to let the public join ans then be able to kick the A HOLES out.

To host your own game you need to put your firewall on high before you search for a game, because your firewall is on high you wont be able to find a game so it will put you into a game where its only you and you are host.

Also to lag people out, yes you do put them into blocked onto your IP but you could also just put your friends IP's into trusted and then put your firewall onto high so it lags out everybody else apart from your friends because they are in your trusted.

So if I want other people to join the room after I get host and my friends connect then I turn the firewall off or down.

Cause I seem to get host and only my friends can join when I start poisoning with Cain and Able
