1.)Heart of Hapiness
Take a helicopter to the Statue of Happiness and look for a set of doors near the feet of the statue. Jump out of the helicopter and land near the doors, Find the Door that has two signs on the outside of it that say "No Hidden Content This Way" and then go inside the statue. You'll find an actual heart chained to inside of the statue, Beating and making a Low Huming Noise. -Submitted by member - ScareCroe
2.)Secret website
Go To The TW@ Cafe, get online and Enter WWW(DOT)whattheydonotwantyoutoknow(DOT)com (Replace the *(DOT)*'s with an actual * . *) the Adress Bar, and you will be taken to a site that will give you the locations of ..... Hidden Weapons, Hidden Health, Hidden Armor, Hidden Pigeons (AKA HIDDEN PACKAGES), Stunt Jumps, Freaks to Avoid (havent gotten that far in the Game yet so I dont know what thats about), Text message Cars (Not that far along yet, again) and, Fun With Friends (I think its the Locations of minigames in Multiplayer).

3.) Hidden shirt
There is a secret Happiness Island shirt laying at the highest point on the statue's base that can be reached by foot. It looks like a glowing red rectangle. Once it is picked up, Niko will automatically put it on. It is a navy blue sweatshirt. The front shows the statue and reads "Happiness is..." and is continued on the back with the word "...land". -Submitted by Member - sgt_tower
4.) Hillary Clinton reference The Statue Of Happiness' clipboard says "Hillary Clinton". It also looks like Hillary too. -Submitted by Member - ScareCroe
5.) Clock-in In the safehouse on the second island (possibly other locations as well), The Clock on the wall Is made by "KRONOS" wich is a time keeping system that is used to Clock people in and out of work. Maybe thats what Rockstar uses?. It Tells the Actual time (in game) Too. -Submitted by Member - ScareCroe

After you kill the drug dealers in the mission for Little Jacob called Shadow, leave the room and go back the way you came, and on the wall just before you go down the stairs you'll see graffiti which has the name of every previous GTA Main Character on the wall - Claude from GTA III, Tommy from VC, Carl from SA, Tony Cipriani from Liberty City Stories, and Victor Vance from Vice City Stories. The text says things like "Victor - never forget you / always remember you bro", "RIP Claude", "RIP Toni", "remember Tommy - u r still my hero", "Carl I love you RIP everyone miss you", "RIP Vic". -Submitted by Member - ScareCroe

14.) The Church of Scientology
In Leftwood, Alderney. there is a church with a stained glass window on the back with a picture of a volcano (Referance to L. Ronn Hubbards "dianetics") and a Crazy guy in the front shouting things like "Biology doesn't exist!", and "You're nothing but a probability wave in space!". -Submitted by Member - ScareCroe
15.) CJ on TV
in your safe house go to the TV. Go through channels untill you get to the one that shows "I'm Rich". After it ends there will be another Episode, it's not the same episode. watch through it, at one point if you listen close, you will hear the narrarator say "you're life will be as exciting as a soda commercial". when he says that you will breifly see CJ in a multicolored suit skydiving above San Andreas. -Submitted by Member - ScareCroe

17.) Lic. Plate Boarder
On the Vehicle called the "Ruiner", the License Plate Boarder says "Ruining Imports Since '67". Other Plates say Other things. -Submitted by Member - ScareCroe
18.) Chuck Norris Reference
At Cluckin' there is a Toy Display case with a man in a chicken suit inside of it. if you read the Display case, It says free "Cluck Norris" toy with every meal. -Submitted by Member - ScareCroe.
Durring the Mission "I'll Take Her...", at the Alderney State Correctional Facility, look for the officer rotation sign. there are some funny names on the marquee. Like:

20.) Hot Coffee
At your safehouse on the first island, when you exit, head right down the street. When you get to the intersection, turn right. The second shop will be called the "Hot Coffee Shop". Obvious refference to the hot coffee mod for San Andreas. -Submitted by Member - ScareCroe
21.) Funny Message on copier(s)
Head to any TW@ Internet Cafe or potentially any place with a. Zoom in on the LCD readout and you'll see in big letters "ERROR" with the directive "Unleash Ninja Guru". -Submitted by Member - ScareCroe
22.) Coded Graffitti
Throughout the L.C. you'll see many graffitti spots with various things depicted - most probably inside jokes and such. Two of them I recognized as technical procedures used in creating active and interactive 3D worlds in programming - there may be even more in Rockstar's world. They must have really been hard-pressed for material haha.
The two examples are as follows:
NURB - Non-Rational B-spline is a mathematical model commonly used in computer graphics for generating and representing curves and surfaces. They allow for representation of geometrical shapes in a compact form involving the use of control points.
Consisting of Positional continuity, Tangential continuity and/or curvature continuity. Blam - how's that for excitement?!
KLIP - Klip is an XML file that contains markup, styles and that provides the Klipfolio desktop dashboard platform with rules for the retrieval, interpretation, and presentation of arbitrary information sources such as web pages displaying text and image content. 23.) Purple Dildo from San Andreas
Back in GTA: San Andreas there was an item you could give your gf as a gift, a big purple dildo!
Maybe she didn't like it after all because it's been thrown away! You can sometimes find it in random trash piles throughout the game, an obvious place is outside the building in Tudor which you storm in the mission 'Trespass'. To the left of the building, near the side door is a trash pile with the purple beast sticking out! -Submitted by Member - ScareCroe

Explain a little bit more. New Top? is it the suvineer T-Shirt? if so I dont think thats an egg... tho it is free. i'm going to say that is an egg and write it up there for ya.
