Grand Theft Auto IV - Cheats We prefer to think of them as "arbitrary gameplay enhancers", really. Below is a list of confirmed cheats for GTA IV. All cheats should be entered during gameplay using Niko's cellphone. WARNING: Some of these cheats may prevent achievements. It is recommended that you do not save your game after using these cheats. Please use them at your own risk.
How to enter the cheats During gameplay, press  (Xbox 360) or  (PS3) to bring up Niko's mobile/cell phone. Press / again to view the phone's numbered buttons. You can now navigate these buttons using the directional keypad - move to each number and press  /  to enter them into the phone. When finished, the phone will automatically select the green 'Call' button for you - press / , and a message will appear in game to tell you the cheat has been activated. Health Restore Niko's health. 4825550100 Armour Give Niko armour. 3625550100 Weapons #1 Baseball Bat, Handgun, Shotgun, MP-10, M4, Sniper Rifle, RPG, Grenades. 4865550100 Weapons #2 Knife, Molotovs, Handgun, Shotgun, Uzi, AK47, Sniper Rifle, RPG 4865550150 Remove Wanted Level Remove Niko's wanted level.
