Help with Bridging in GTA Races !!!PLEASE HELP!!!

Ok, this doesnt make any senese...

Me and my friend have successfully bridged with each other, and go into each others ranked match game of RACE every time without any problems. We won all 54 normal races.

Now all that is left is GTA Race...

BUT WE cannot find each other???
We do exactly the same thing as we do in a normal race, and we have also preferred each other as a player... we have tried like 15 times and we found each other ONCE only.

I really dont want to continuously have to search and find each other like once in every 15 times, so what do you think is up...

The one thing i believe it might be is our true skill, i have a true skill of 22, and his is 13, maybe thats why we only find each other every one in 15 or so times.
Our trueskill in race is the same pretty much, 27 and 28.

SUMMARY:

So is it the true skill, or is it something else. We cannot find each others ranked GTA Race lobbies, but we can easily find each others ranked RACE Lobbies. We have won all races, and believe its the trueskill...

RACE TrueSkill:
Me - 28
Him - 27

GTA RACE TrueSkill:
Me - 22
Him - 13

I dont think trueskill has much to do with it, but we have found each other once before so it may.

WHAT DO YOU THINK??? Trueskill, or is it something else
