If you have finished the campaign you must do the last level 1 hour a day for 20 days

ok so i got my seriously and went back to a level one.. now i have to be a 23 or higher now right.. to hex to a 100?

Yes 23, and I think now you have to have like 50 posts before they will hex you so you don't just get hexed and leave.
