You are aware that the bridger and the person recieving host are two different people right?

You need a bridger to do everything you just said except there are two people involved. Whoever is recieving host MUST HAVE created the party. Whoever is bridging host joins up after the host creates it. This person puts the host's IP in their trusted zone and then proceeds to search with their firewall on high using the counting method.

If you are correctly bridged, this will work guarenteed. To leave off, yes you should have your Cain poisoning at all times when you go into matchmaking.

you have to have a full party and only 1 account can be signed in if your bridging, and you have to start the game, and have cain poisoning at all times.

The only information in that paragraph that is correct is the part about cain poisoning.

i have my xbox and computer hooked up to the same router with a wires
and this is my ZAP

I pick up the wireless connection through my laptop and then run a e cord from it to my 360 (no cash for a wireless adapter). I have Zone alarm and I hav those IPs set up. I used to bridge in Halo 2 but that was through the cross over way and its been awhile. so i will understand what you saying

You have everything set up correctly as long as you have your bridge set up... Can you get internet to your xbox through your laptop?

yea I can sign on. so everthing should work then if i follow the steps acid posted. I jus go in alone i wanna bridge myself host so i can rape lol.

it says I hav 2 new networks the 2nd a 192.......

n its put as internet

acid i followed your tut but i ZAP setup correctly im pretty of it but i can't ever seem to get host i have a full party and wait ten seconds and all but when the countdown start i put my firewall and high while cain is "poisoning" and it stops and suggestions on whats wrong?

I have heard that you can use an ethernet cable instead, but I use a crossover cable just to be safe
