Cog Tag/Seriously Glitch fix
If you have an account without Honor Bound and after you did the seriously glitch you had 30/30 cog tags, create another account, get 29/30 cog tags on it, then do the seriously glitch in the opposite way. It will change the messed up seriously account's cog tag counter, and all you have to do is get the last cog tag and your all set.
