Gears Of War Achievement Glitch Help

Ok, I have been following tutorials and what-not all day long and i have tried to do the account glitch for about 5 hours now. Its really starting to piss me off. So i have some questions:
1) what time do i sign out of the account with the achivements on it (where around the video should be)
2) what time do i sign into my account
3) does it matter if I win or loose the ranked match
4) does it have to be on one of the new maps?

dont worry i cant seem to get it to work either. i have gotten it to work yesterday though after about an hour but it took way to long i wish i knew excatly when to sign in also.

heres how to do it

1.seriously account needs to be autosign in
2.restart your xbox360 with GoW in it
3.after the 360 logo goes down push the guide button on ur controller. go to your gamertag DONT SELECT IT JUST HIGHLIGHT IT
4.ASOON as it says (seriously account) has signed in quickly push A so you sign in your non seriously account in.
5.go into a ranked game (pick one of the BRAND new maps) get atleast 1 kill and when its over it will give you your achievements
