Achievements Guidance Please

Ok, i got an account that has Every achievement. I need all the campaign, and annex achievements. Can anyone tell me what to do?
I already have weapon and Seriously... achieved.
Just play a new map for annex?
And what about campaign?

[TI Seven]

Campaign:

-Complete one chapter of each act on insane. Once you complete just one chapter you will get the acheivment for the whole act.

-Beating the boses, you just have to beat them legitimently but they are easy

- The achievement were you have to kill 3 people at the same time just kill 3 people at the same time onec and you will get it.

Multi-player

- For all the these such as win 20 games on a new map, you just have to play one game ranked or unranked and win and you will get it.

-For all the annex things, same thing just play one game ranked or unranked and win it how you are suposed to such as shut out the enemy team in annex(I think thats Nub Pwner).

-For the hosting acheveiment just host one game and you will get the host 50 games acheivement.

The easy way to do the multi-player is get your freind and do 1v1 matches and get them in privet matches.

NOTE: this WILL NOT work if you did not do the seriouse glitch yet.

Are any of you guys lending an account or know anyone who is lending an account with seriously on it for FREE? I know there's a lot of people saying they'll do it for MSpoints or XBL codes for a month subscription, but is there anyone out there who can lend and account? PM here or send message on XBL.
