Repair COG Tag glitch.
The Cog Tag glitch occurs when a person perform the Seriously Glitch without having collected every Cog Tag to recieve the achievement. To repair this one must un-perform the Seriously Glitch. Take a new account that has no achievements for Gears of War and use it to perform the Seriously glitch on your account. This will un-glitch your account allowing you to unlock the Cog Tag achievements. If this has helped any one please Thank me.
