Problem with the "Seriously ..." glitch. (Please help!)

I glitched the "Seriously ..." Achievements (along with several other multiplayer) Achievements about six months ago with no problems. I simply signed the accounts in the way you're supposed to, then played a three-round game, and all of the Achievements unlocked afterwards.

Anyway, I decided to glitch the Achievement again today onto my current account, but I'm having trouble. I signed the accounts in the way I was supposed to, then hosted a three-round Execution game. The strange thing is, I only unlocked the following Achievements:

A Series of Tubes
Always Remember Your First
It's a Massacre
Curb Appeal
Capital Punishment
Is It a Spider
Don't You Die On Me
Fall Down Go Boom
Pistolero
Can't Touch Me

I then joined a five-round Assassination to try to unlock the rest of the Achievements. After this game, I unlocked only the following:

Mix It Up
You Down With E.P.I.C?
Don't Hate the Player

Since then, I have played several more games without unlocking any Achievements. I'm still missing the following:

The Nuge
I Spy with My Little Eye
Don't Hurt 'Em
The Money Shot
Around the World
Seriously ...

I even tried glitching a brand new account onto my current one, then re-glitching the "Seriously ..." account onto my current one to try to "refresh" it, but that did nothing either.

Any help?

Maybe your saves are messed up. Check your hardrive.

What do you mean by messed up? Should I delete all of the Gears of War stuff from my Hard Drive, then try it again?
