this is a new file. Nothing has been edited. If you could, just change the weapon damage to all weapons (but not all the way, only half).
Take the recoil out.
Change the torque time.

O by the way , if you plan on wanting it half damage . Each players default health is 600 . 9999 is the max for damage , so half damage would be 300 aprox to take away half the persons health , or I can just do half of what the weapon already has .

hey all just went on public today with my modded game and no one on either team was hoffman, a carmine or kantus but the enemy team still moved slowly why is this? by the way i just used xdrugs files that he uploaded and put them in my iso. Lol its wicked this points per kill mod, we played a submission game and i lvlled from 83 to 87 in 1 game which took 45 mins coz the pistol for both teams downed people in 1-2 hits.

@Xdrugs: in the .bin file what do i search for to change pistol damage and damage of all other weapons back to normal? and also to make it so that every character in the game has the same speed.

any help with what i have said will be great

I want all the weapons to have more damage than they do now. But I dont want them to be maxed out where it downs people in 1-2 shots.

Currently offhost mods work but the only things that are available offhost are .. the LocustAssaultRifle/AssaultRifle/SniperRifle/LocustPistol/LocustBurstPistol

@xdrugs: when i bridge host everyone gets the mods which is cool with me but wat is not cool is that the enemy team always is moving slower than our team. what do i search for to change this so that they move the same speed as us?

Edit: its only the locust that move slow in public and a carmine for the cog why is this and how do i change it?

You probably downloaded arman's mods ... which are the very first and outdated mods for gears of war 2 . However the reason why he/she made different characters slow on each team is because ... those selected characters are the most popular .. in that sense if 4 people were to choose that person , they would be so slow to advance .. meaning get any kills , which everyone wants because the mods were based for cheating .

However I don't know how people are getting the impression that " YOU CANNOT CHANGE ALL CHARACTER SPEEDS " this is not true ... you can change all the character speeds but only some are individually present , like apart from others that are mass selected .

How to change the character speeds on the characters that are appearing slow for you , is fairly simple because .. all you would need to do is ? Search for the character string ..

As I remember in arman's I think Carmine was slow and the drone was slow .. so you would search those 2 strings and set them to whatever speed you like .

Hint :

Default speed is 300
Default health is 600
