This is my tutorial on how to get any rank you want in gow2. I am not the finder of this so i give credit to who ever found this, all im doing is making a tutorial.

First- Start gow2 go into a local match and do one wave of horde. When you complete the wave copy down the amount of exp you have, the number on the bottom right. make sure you go back to lobby when you finish the wave. for example my experience is 2,393,011 level 73.


Second-Connect your hardrive to your computer using a transfer cable. Go to partition 3 than content. click on every folder until you find your profile. if this is not clear to you just google it on how to get your profile from the hdd. Oh yeah if u dont know which one is yours go to your dasboard than memory and user profiles look at yours and how much megabytes it is. If you dont understand this look up another tut online

Third- Download a hxd hex program. open your profile with it and then go to hexadecimal conversion, convert decimal to hexadecimal -- once there put your EXP(the one you just got in the horde match . put it with out the commas.) in the convert tab. then click to hexadecimal. then you will get a hex code. My code was 2483b3(if you get a number that is like 31b3 a four digit number put two zeros behind it) . So then you go back in hex workshop and click find then put in the code you got mines is 2483b3. when you find it and theres more than one found look for gow2 next to the right of everything it found.

Fourth- Go to GOW2 TU3 Ranking Calculator click on launch calculator and get the experience required for the rank you want if you want a 80 put current level 1 and desired level 80 then copy the EXP with out the commas . Then return to hexadecimal conversion, convert decimal to hexadecimal and put in the exp you just got for the level 80. Copy the code it gives you.. then go to her x workshop and write over your experience code with the one you just save it . once done use hash block calculator inject it to your hdd

Can we do this on a low level account, Like a level 10? Because I've heard that you have to be like level 23 and up to do this. Just wondering, because I wanna get a 60 rank.

Alright I have a prob now, i'm a rank 9 since I got my 30 rank reset and my current exp is now 12723, and I went to the hexadecimal conversion site you had a link for and I converted it and all i got was "31B3". I searched for it in HxD and it could not be found.. Whats wrong?

EDIT: in the Find section i changed datatype to hex-value, and I found it. But since its only 4 characters how would I change it.

I found one instance where 0031b3 shows up but how do i know if theres more instances that it shows up? Because I don't wanna mess it up lol

I know it works, I know other people who've done it before. But i just cant get it to work.. I do everything correctly, and for some reason, my profile always becomes corrupted when i sign back on xbox, and i always have to recover it back. And for some reason when I do a wave for horde and see my new xp, I try to convert it but nothing is found. But when i type in the code for my old xp previous of the wave I just did, that code is found. It's like my new xp didn't update..

what are the chances of being banned?

there is a small chance of getting banned. depending how much exp you earned all together. lets say you had 1000000 exp and youre a 20 and jump to 50 youre good to go. but if you have 1000 exp and you jump from rank2 to rank 50 theres more of a chance of getting banned

Lies! ive never heard of anyone getting any kind of punishment from this. so dont worry. EPIC dosent have the man power or the personal hatred (Bungie) to go after such a small amount of people

Hi i just tried this but couldn't seem to get it to work i found 25 instances for my exp(rank) which is 11b6 but when i add 00 it doesn't find any i also checked for gow2 on the right but still nothing

It's alot easier to do it if you are rank 40+

There was a warning going around that you will be banned for exp hex editing and all those found with hex editing your profile will be tampering banned from xbox live because epic can tell how many matches you have done for your exp.

According to what i know there is always a small change of getting banned for any type of editing/modding.

Try to play acouple of matches of horde until you get more exp try getting at least 500 or more horde exp. and make sure you put the zeros behinfd the hex code. 0011b6
