Actually no, my theory on this does not go out the window. I named those sites as an example of sites that can and do track achievements. As I said directly following that, I'm sure Microsoft has the same capabilities.

And, as someone else has stated, since when does MS do anything in a quick and orderly fashion? Bottom line is no one is safe from the deletion hammer on this one. If you did it, your time is coming.

I probably glitched a hundred or so profiles with the 100 Rank and I never glitched it onto my personal account.

I agree MS has this ability. It's right there on xbox.com. But just because you have the full GS doesn't mean auto reset. Someone (MS or Epic) has to physically verify that you didnt actually accumulate enough EXP in GOW2 to have ever reached a 50 or 100. Someone had to do it legit or there would have never been a lvl 100 account floating around. And i'm sure there were several other legit 100s at that same time.

I'd like to believe that MS id too lazy to verify this with ever account flagged and hope that they are also relying on other, easier to prove, methods. ie gamesaves, hexedit, 1425 GS in one day, online achievements with no times date stamp, etc. Remember the ban hammer group stated that it looks for certain criteria and only when its met 100% are you reset, banned, etc.

I guess I'll know how indepth they are if I get reset. I was only missing 3 achievements and was a legit mid 30. Got lvl 50 one day online with date time stamp, lvl 100 6-7 days later online with different date time stamp and Seriously 2.0 last offline with no date time stamp all via SPG. My GT looks very legit from xbox. com. Unless MS uses GOW2 EXP to prove me a "cheater".

Anything at all does... Even one achievement. The only thing you have going for you is the less you do the harder it is for MS to catch.

Epic cant reset accounts. So you should be mad at MS not Epic... And I dont see why you want to hex a new account since that will just get reset as well.

i have some guy on 267k or nsomething from hexing and nstill hasnt been banned nafter like na year and ni nwas na nachievment nhore and ni rescently rtayed in like 80 pounds worth of games so i cant get nomore than 6k or somehting and i like me achievements only reason i glitched

Anyways, I know plenty of people who still haven't been reset. I don't know how thorough MS is being with this ban wave.

Hmm. Funny thing is I'm a level 100, well I was last time I checked, I got the achivement for 50, but because I haven't played the snowblind maps, I have got the ones for 75 (I think) and 100. I haven't been reset yet...

Well, Major Nelson made it clear that it might take some time because M$ is checking the accounts of the "accused" ONE BY ONE to make sure they meet the criteria before they wipe them clean and brand their account as CHEATER, but putting it simply - like explained in M$'s Terms of Service - ANYONE who achieves an achievement in ANY fashion which does NOT include actually playing the game to recieve the corresponding achievement WILL get reset to ZERO and branded as a CHEATER. So far out of 13 gamertags I wrote down 9 have been reset as of today, one of them must've got reset yesterday or the day before because he wasn't reset on Monday. So I dont know how it works, but not to be the bearer of bad news but I dont doubt your time and that of the others here that have not been reset yet - your time will come. and Im sorry because I think the punishment is waaaay toooo harsh. I almost did so I feel for you all, Im a legit 50 and have all the achievements except for Seriously 2.0 and Level 100. I am now no longer goiong to play Gears 2 because I have no reason to, Im not going to play forever to reach level 100 or grind for weeks straight to get 70,000 more kills. WHATEVER...
My new console will be ONLIVE (onlive.com) when it comes out in the Winter so I'll be putting away my Xbox360 (and my 60,000 GS) along with my PS3 and will become a part of what I believe is going to revolutionize gaming!

This is why I didnt glitch 100 on the first day everyone found out about it. 2 weeks after I glitched to my backup account and it still hasnt been banned. I think its just if you glitched 100 within the first week and if you do, do gamesaves only do a thousand or 2 a day or else it gets really obvious and you will most likely get caught. Proliike still has all of his gs which completely poops on my theory because he got the 1425 or whatever before the snowblind maps even came out I saw it lol it was cool but im a little confused on their method of banning now

Well I didn't glitch my main account. I just made a couple of dummies with 100 ranks and played online to see if I would get reset, and nothing has happened so far. I've been playing for a couple of weeks with the dummies so idk.
