I dont understand every time i put a gamesave on my xbox360 it says it is corrupted

You need to resign it with a resigner such as 360 gamesave or XSS

New campaign, solo, spawn at agency tower, default weps, run around and they will unlock

I did it earlier lol

360gamesaves is very hard to get invited to for every 100 posts that are correct you can invite a person......

then go offline, go to the system tab in your dash, then go to memory, then hit Y on your harddrive, and then hit X X RB LB XX, and then get the gamesaves?
