most likely yes but you can't tell until you try it I have flashed one thats manufacture date is june 2009 the v8 firmware.

do you know the exact model number?, i've read that one model needs a probe and all that and another can be flashed

also can anyone confirm that microsoft can detect if ur drive is flashed even if u play stealthed games?

Whoops i made a mistake. Meant to type flash.

The lite-ons past August09 are the ones that are not dumpable.
