CARDBUS PCMCIA to SATA card for xbox 360 VIA VT6421 VT6421a

Will that work if i plug it into the pcmcia port? thanks!

That would probably work but you can find a cheaper one here How to Flash any Xbox 360 Drive with a Laptop

its only $9.81 +tax/shipping (about $12 or 13 dollars altogether), and will definitely work
