You can't, unless you or someone close to you works for Microsoft. Sorry about your luck.

You cannot unban yourself.

Unbanning is very limited.
Requires either a Xenon motherboard
or
A 360 that has not been updated past August09

If you fall under one of those two categories then for the first search Infectus chip with time attack addon. For the second search Jtag hack.
