Lite-on freeze serious problem

So I tried to flash my lite-on, using jungle flasher, and forgot that last night I had uninstalled and then UPDATED my VIA card's drivers... Sooo it froze and is now a paperweight. I've tried doing a fix BUT iPrep tells me everytime that the firmware that i made from the dummy.bin is invalid... Yes I have tried uodating definitions and also gone to iPrep 10.7 but no luck...

Any Help?

Yes, I have the Dummy, key, inquiry, and identity files all on my drive.

It's a lite-on by the way.

Follow this tutorial and you will be done in no time.
Unlocking a locked up Lite-on Drive

Make your Ixtreme firmware then rename it to Lite_CFU.bin and start that tutorial.

So I started that... and then never got past the status FF80. Any other way?

That's because you didn't do it right.

Turn off power to the drive
Unplug the sata cable out of the back of the drive
leave sata cable plugged into the computer
Turn the computer on
Wait for it to fully boot into dos
then plug the sata cable back in
then turn on the drive
then type l-o-eras.exe (port#)

If you do not do it right. You will not get past l-o-eras. You HAVE TO follow it word for word.
