Unused minutes refund

I'm wondering if there's like a toll number you can call that charges you like a ridiculous amount per minute, and then refunds you a certain amount so that if your phone has like 100 minutes leftover at the end of the month, you can call it and it's like you're not paying as much for you plan.

Hopefully that made sense.

Basically, you get 300min/month, you only use 200 so you call a toll number and stay on the line for 100min and get some money back.

Anyone know if this exists, or if it's even possible?

That would be a pretty sweet idea, but they would have no way of making the money to give you...

I'm pretty sure you'd make money off of a toll number. The only thing is I think if its a toll number it might not be covered under the plan, and you'd need to pay extra.
