I DELETED MY PATCHES OR CLEARED MY CACHE AND WENT TO ZOMBIES OFFLINE AND MY MAPPACKS WERE ALL GONE. HOW DO I GET THEM BACK PLEASE HELP

Clearing your Cache shouldn't remove your map packs.. But if somehow you did remove them, or loose them, you can always re-download them. You should be able to with the account that bought the map packs.

i have done this befor... ur mappacks havnt been deleted
u just deleted the update for the new waw menu
trust me i fought the same thing
ur maps will still be there just update to the nw waw menu and theyll be back
