Why would it do that. Are you saying that when you run it through abgx it messes up the xex? I seriously can not see how re-injecting a file would mess up the xex, unless abgx does something to it (I never mess with flashed drives or burning games or anything like that so I wouldn't know wha abgx does)

I CANT OFFICALLY SAY U DO NOT NEED TO REPLACE THE XEX
I DID NOT REPLACE IF ON MY MATES MODDED DISC AND IT STILL WORKS..............................
JUST FOUGHT ID BE A **** AND SET U ALL STRAIGHT BOUT THIS XEX FILE

When re-injecting the modded file it can overwrite/change the xex. Therefore you need the xex to re-inject to make sure that you have it the way it was.

This is like saying. You do not have to resign a Halo 2 map after modding it. Yes sometimes it works if you don't resign. But sometimes it does not. Its a precautionary step that is there for a reason. If it never affected anything. There would be no point in the step in the tutorial.
