No Clip in Zombies After 8/21 Patch

I know most people know this already. Wanted to make a tut to 'cut back' on the questions.

1. Open you profile in any Hex Editor.
2. Do a Ctrl+F of click search.
3. Search for thumbstick_default


Search results:


4. Now you need to change "thumbstick_default" to "screenshot"
5. After "screenshot" should be 8 spaces followed by the next .set
Should look like this:


6. Now you will need to hit F3 or 'Find Again' and change thumbstick_default, the same exact way.
7. When no more instances are found, you are done with the Hex portion, save and quit.


8. Now you will need Hash Block Calculator, open profile and calculate.
9. Open the edited profile in Modio, and resign (optional).

************TO ACTIVATE AFTER LAST HOTFIX*******************
Start your Xbox up, with the ethernet cable UNPLUGGED. Start up a solo game, and get the no clip going. WHILE IN GAME, sign in to LIVE. Then, have a friend invite you to their game. YOU CAN NOT BE HOST!!!

Once in the game, DO NOT PRESS X or it will reset. Use the Y button to use no clip.

I can't get this to work...Everytime i do it, it resets. i try to fix it, but it goes back to the default thing. I'm mad :/

This works, I just used it, and so does mods, you just have to use a new clean zombie save ill upload 1 now =}

Can you explain this in a little more depth? Like, is it for co-op, solo, or what to do to activate it..

I normally don't have trouble with these kind of things.

If you want no-clip in a Co-Op game, you need to go to the main menu of COD5. Now have a friend invite you into a Co-Op Private match lobby. The noclip mod should work now. Just don't press X.

i have everything working except noclip, why?!

patched, you can not use "y" anymore

they patched other mods too (like mods from gamesave, solo and coop)

lol, i was doing mods till today in solo and coop (noclip and savefile) with no prob, they just patched it like one hour ago. some people say u have to have clean save file to make it work again i am not sure, need to check it

no, they did it without having you sign out.
if anyone can get a working no clip id be happy

Yeah i would be too. Man they are really gettin on top of this whole modding thing. And go figure I finaly figured out how the hex thing works.

no clip = pretty useless now though =P
because you cant turn it off to do stuff then turn it on again
im going to stick to the fast running and all that

Good tut bro! Worked fine. But my profile had like 6 "thumbstick_default" But i knew what ones to do.
