Der Riese Mods in Co-Op - How To Use Mods on Co-Op Zombies

I hate it....seriously...I understand some things shouldn't be leaked, for they will be patched, but somethings should be leaked, for the fun of others. You all know it was getting leaked soon, so I figure you can have some fun early

This tutorial will teach you how to use old CoD Tool mods on Der Riese or any other map in Co-Op (August 2009)

1. Make a zombie save.
2. Once you have made a zombie save, extract it from your HDD.
3. Open it up in CoD Tool, and put your normal features on it.
4. Once satisfied, save it, and rehash/resign the .svg
5. Put the savegame back on your HDD
6. Go to Solo -> Resume Game, and you should see the loading screen of the zombie map you modded.
7. Play around, and make sure the mods worked.
8. Go to Start -> Quit, then go to Cooperative -> Xbox Live -> Private Match, then change the game mode to Nazi Zombies, choose the map you modded, and invite your friends
-When you start it up, you will have all the mods that used to work on Co-Op again.

Some dvars work, some don't

Now in the advanced tab, duplicate all the Dvar's that you chose with the same values. So essentially every dvar should be in there TWICE.
Example:
perk_armorvest....0....perk_armorvest....0

Here is a quick list of things that work, so you can copy and paste them in the advanced tab. Leave out the periods.

Obviously, you'll need to change the values to match what you selected in CoD Tool. These are just the values I typically run.

You can use the knockback in co-op to get out of the map, if your bored. Just put your back to the PAP machine, pull back and jump while ONE zombie hits you. But, your stuck there, I haven't found a way back in.

You can also get on the balcony by the second power door.

No **** it's "out" I had this tutorial in my V.I.P section for over a week, and decided it's the communities turn to play with. I posted it everywhere, so...Deleting it won't help

how do you do a "Zombie Save"
I know you are only able to do it with NoClip on... I can do noclip on Solo and do the savegame mods on Co-Op as well, but I never can get a (Zombie Save)

let me guess... yall are just gonna say: Use the Search Button... it would save me time by getting a direct answer...

well if you know how to do them then you should deffinatly know how to make a zombie save...

and even if you dont, there are zombie saves on this site ready, pretty much ready to use

This tutorial will teach you how to make a Zombie (not campaign) save.

1. Put screenshot in your profile.
2. Start up Solo, and go into noclip mode. Then, while in noclip mode, press the "X" button.
3. Then, go to Start -> Save & Quit
4. Once you have Saved & Quit, you have successfully made your zombie save.

can anyone give me a tut on how to use the advanced setting in cod tool?

Didn't work for me. I loaded you're saved map on codtool, loaded my Profile ID's. saved. Put in HDD. Solo > resume > mods worked > quit > co op > xbl > private > inv. And nothing happened.


EDIT: and by nothing happened. I mean it was a normal zombie game.

well with jump modifier on as high as you can go, if you jump ontop of the PAP machine and jump on the beck ledge it will get you out...
HOW TO GET BACK IN: sprint and jump repeaditively to the left side of the mini power generator to the right of the PAP (if you are outside the map its your right)

what are the actual names? and Values?

Ive put them each in twice, and these are the only ones I cannot get to activate. Id appreciate some assistance.

Jump doesn't work. Player gravity won't work, and if it did, why use it?

That is the best version by FAR. It's the only one that will have the coveted co-op tab, it's the only one I use. THanks Se7en.

player grav and jump height let you get out of the map W/o knockback (atleast the way i found out) btw thats why i use em...

ya theirs pretty much nothing to do out of der riese, like in shi no numa or verruckt, and it is boring, i just accidently found it out and thast why i didnt post a tut, if i was a noob and never been out of a map i would be like OOO EHMM GEEEZZ I NEEDZA SHAREZ MEEZ INFORMATIONZZZ

i tried it and every thing went fine but co op dont work. the map loaded like it said it would the mods worked in single player i quit then went to co op,live,priavate match, changed it to zombie mode,invited friends,and started it but no mods. can someone help me
