Map Pack 1?

for some reason i cant play zombie map in map pack 1 offline any one know why? i can play other 2 ones fine.

i called xbox and lady didn't want to talk to me she said try to open my Nat and then see if it works.

you probably downloaded it on ur hardrive but someone elses console the same prob happend to me just license transfer with yourself
