Sort of bypassing patches

heyy a while ago i posted a thread in this section (i think) about bypassing WaW patches... but i need some clarification about something;

do mods from cod tool work on solo campaign? i think they do, but if not, then the "patch bypass" i did would work for, well... bypassing!

i know i sound like a noob, but i have read a few posts in threads saying that you CAN mod, WITH the patch, but in solo, just not live.
i think you can, but i just couldnt get a straight confirmation that you can/can't.

you can in SOLO on Live i think but not in multiply player i know that

yeah thats what i thought.
the first time i thought i bypassed tehz update i was like poopin mah pantz
but i just wanted to clarify it.

if ya want i can tell how i supposudly did it... its probably the DUMBEST idea ever

Solo mods work on live, just not .bind mods.
