COD5 Getting host 100%

I made a couple tuts while I was still learning my way with IPs about on how to get host on COD4/5 100%. Every single one of those tuts were almost correct. Though there were little things that were not necessary and things that have been updated. I am willing to make a video tutorial on how to grab host and team standby 100%. Yes this does work 100% of time, I'm about 99.99% sure it works to it's full potential. With me anyways, it should with anybody else.

Anyways, I want to make a video tutorial with me recording everything from pc view and tv view. But I need someone to edit it step by step after I record, I'll say how to edit it. To whoever will help.

Anybody interested in helping me out?

P.S. - This is Auto Team Standbying, and of course you are able to do use it as a lag switch, but standbying is better.

I could help (I could easily do it on nmy own) only don't u think there's enough people doing it already?? If you can't work it out from 'The idiot-proof guide' posted elsewhere perhaps you shouldn't be doing it. Don't get me wrong, I believe knowlege should be shared but at the cost of the whole game becomming virtually unplayable? (like Halo3) Besides there's plenty of vids already I've been told (granted they must be fairly crappy based on the number of people asking me to clarify stuff having watched all of them)
Recently I was temporarily host banned having stuffed up and thrashed it a bit too hard in a careless manner. They'll patch it and start handing-out console-bans if too many people haphazardly start bridge/stanbying without understanding the mechanics, hell they'll probably do it neway (I don't stanby in cod5 I'm told u get banned really easily doing it)

All that said (sorry for ranting) I'll help. I would really like to know more about game hacks 4 online play.. if I knew 4 sure they were in premium I would sign-up in a heart-beat but I can't seem to find neway to tell.

There are not many tuts on standbying/bridging host on COD4/5. There are many LAG SWITCHING tuts out there, that is why when I do it on COD, people call me a lag switcher. Yet I have it going constantly. I have thought of that, the game would become another big cheating game because of how many people will be able to do it, so that is something that is giving me a change in thought. I have written 2 tutorials and posted them on this site, it had a video attached to it, but the link doesn't work. And the tutorial lacks detail, and some of the things mentioned there are not necessary. I have never been lag switched/standbyed or lagged in any way in COD, other than the host having crappy connection. You'll be able to tell if you are because the lag is worse than lag from Halo3. In COD, you completely freeze for the matter of how long the lag switch is held or the up time in the auto-standby. Plus, if someone does do it against me, I'll just give the host the boot in the a$$

Some extra information: People who try getting the IP of the game, get or set a large area of start to finish IP. Such a large difference is not really necessary. COD4 you don't need the games IP, but it's handy. In COD5, the IP changes a lot, every minute or so, and it may seem as it has multiple IPs because about 4 IPs will appear at the same time.

You could help me make the tut and we'll make it private, just for future reference/sharing with people. But I agree with you, it could possibly make the game like Halo 3, but people wouldn't make as big of a deal, because it has a different ranking system.


One more thing: No, you do NOT get banned easily. I've never been banned and I've been doing it for a really long time. 1 year + or around there. COD could really care less about this, they probably don't even know it's happening. I've never met someone who could do it my way. I did teach someone the basics, and he went on from there, so he is able to do it. Though he prefers to rarely ever do it. (he is a pu$$) lol

Oh, by the way, no such thing as host ban on COD

I'd love to know how to do this as I rarely get host yet I have decent connection. I also made a lag switch a long time ago but I never have the chance to use it. I've tried so many tutorials with Zone alarm and stuff without any luck.

i have done this in private match with friends, but not in ranked games, how is your way of getting host different than other ways?
