If you know how to get out on old school its the same thing.

If not, Find the yellow car at the concrete side spawn. Go into the corner behind it and have someone lay down. Jump on his head and have him stand. Keep jumping and you are out.

It requires two people, one person goes prone, the other person repeatedly jumps on the prone person's head and then eventually just jumps over the wall. It's pretty simple.
