| Novice | Hello all, I know you may flame me, as I have not registered here until now, but here's the skinny on why/how this works: 1) This is NOT a 'game' glitch, it's a hardware glitch, specifically the 360 controller. 2) I have tried this on a number of controllers, all 360, and found that the 'newer' the controller, the harder this is to do... I am using a new-gen white 360 controller and this works PERFECT! I have also tried some older-gen, barely used controllers, and this was a pain in the *** to do... I would recommend using an older, more 'broken in' controller. -------------WARNING - SCIENCE CONTENT--------------- * Yes, I am into software and hardware... computers is my life... The reason this works like it does is not a matter of any specific area to pull the trigger, it's more like where the defect is in the trigger hardware... What you are doing is the equivalent of taking any normal light switch that goes up for on, down for off, and slowly moving it up... You'll start to hear a 'scratching' sound, which is a small amount of electricity jumping the gap between the contacts, this is the equivalent of this glitch. What is occuring is the trigger is essentially jumping a signal to 'fire' and shorting out... I would advise against this as you *will* damage your controller (eventually)... Although I would also recommend trying it, because it's pretty fun to try... Just my 2 cents! ...::*FSM*::... |

| 7S Enthusiast  | I just bought the Modded controller, it is really sick. Works on basically all first person shooters. Use bandolier if you do get it because you run out of ammo pretty quick. The G3 M14 and any pistol are godly with it. |

| BANNED | I just did it with the dragunov I was shooting at some guy then all of a sudden it went all automatic on me and got 2 guys! it was so pro! |

| 7S Enthusiast | ive been able to do it a couple of times by mistake... and i figured it out before i read this post... but its really hard to do... REALLY HARD 95% of the time i can only fire 2-3 burst shots. Most times i was killed before i could find the right superspeedshooting spot ... My opinion is that this is only really useful with a modded controller... otherwise its just way to hard to use it efficiently... |
