u can get banned for standy no matter how u do it. this is just another way of doing it. using a lag switch is harder cuz u have 2 switch it on and off so itll make lag, making it hard cuz u also have 2 play the game.

What if u used a dimmer? It might be able to lag enough to cheat but not enough to get ms to notice?

MS doesn't notice it anyway....As for the dimmer I am pretty sure you can't use a dimmer to make the lag switch. I am not sure because the one switch I did make I got rid of because in order for it to work I have to run about a 50 ft Ethernet cord from my modem to my router that goes through my room. Bridging is much easier.

I respect your opinion, but you have to understand a few things. You are on a cheating website. Yes we are becoming more of a legit site but we still have alot of hardcore members from back in the halo 2 modding days. Just because some one cheats does not mean they are a loser or a coward. People will always cheat regardless of what name you call them.

Or you can just go the easier and no risk way by using cain and zone alarm if those of you are still a little iffy about messing up their Ethernet cable.

Used to do this on halo 2 , but I used Cain & Abel, then a macro to change my firewall on ZoneAlarm Plus! All that seems like quite a bit of effort just to make people lag though?
